To go along with the post about the various Ranks available here in The Nest, I thought it would be useful to also share a few, but not all of the badges one can earn here in The Nest.
Now you might be wondering “Why not all of them?”
Well, that’s a great question, my curious water-fowl friend! The answer is that some are earned “just because” or you’re an early adopter to something or are helpful. And we want these actions to be authentic, so to lay out the secret sauce would be to diminish the value of the badge.
Also, this will not be a final list of badges one can earn. We will be adding new badges over time, so this will be a great post to check back on from time to time if shiny bobbles are you goose-thang!

For Nesters who are topic starters (Posting Questions, Conversations, Ideas, Articles, etc)

For Nesters who are constantly posting helpful answers/replies to the posts of others
One Time Badge
For Nesters who have taken the time to add a picture of their smiling faces to their profile page

For Nesters who have earned “Best Answers” on the posts they’ve responded to

For Nesters who attend community events
One Time Badge
Awarded to a nester after introducing yourself to the rest of the flock in the New member thread
