My wife and I have been using GooseChase to create an annual experience for our local PTA for the last few years. Each year we make some adjustments based on our results the previous year and each year we have new families who are going to be having their first GooseChase experience.
We try to run a scaled down but representative experience a couple of weeks before the actual one to give our families a chance to become familiar with the app as well as give us a chance to see if our changes actually make sense (like having missions be photo submissions so we can make sure teams aren’t splitting up).
We’ve found this kind of practice run to really be worth it in the end.
